Loads of bugs

Please guys, theres lots of things not working on the app:
1) keeps crashing - constantly
2) gets stuck downloading a track for offline
3) interface needa a rethink - this is not how most people find or consume music
4) struggle to quickly find saved/downloaded tracks
5) some tracks just keep saying error - please try again

Id love to continue with your subscription service but am afraid youre going to lose customers with this app...
